Maurice Thomas, Fredericksburg Native, father of 3 wonderful and bright children, substitute teacher, volunteer, and now founder of Culture Rebirth.
Being a substitute teacher for 8 years and watching my kids grow up and deal with their own personal struggles motivated me to start Culture Rebirth.
Seeing all the expectations and stressors the youth have to deal with today constantly weight on my mind. I chose to start this business to provide mentorship and instill core morals and values. My vision is to see a change in the way we, as people, accept and treat each other.
I am Maurice Thomas and look forward to being a part of helping our youth see their worth and value as individuals while at the same time accepting others for their values and worth.
We believe that it is all about teaching our youth to respect themselves and others, to have integrity, and to accept everyone.

Walker-Grant Middle School had the opportunity to work with Culture Rebirth on mentoring students. The organization is reliable and trustworthy when working with our middle school students. The company's influence on our students has been rewarding academically and emotionally. Culture Rebirth has been consistency with showing up while preparing our student with a positive image. Equity and Diversity is extremely important when it comes to our students. We would highly recommend Culture Rebirth for mentoring and other professional images for students.

Hello my name is Tiffany an I wanna express my experience with Culture Rebirth program. My boys attended the camping trip over the summer and they had an amazing time. They were very shy boys most of the time and dont like to go places but they had an amazing time learning and just bonding with other young men. This program will definitely benefit our community because with the things your young people go through ... my boys definitely were weary at going outside all night but they really enjoyed themselves. Maurice and other men are amazing individuals on putting these types of events out there for our youth and I can't wait to see more!

Culture Rebirth has been consistent and reliable with our middle school students. Students who are reluctant to make connections with adults value their weekly sessions with their morning motivators, so much so that they try to add their friends to their breakfast meetings. All of the mentos are professional and relatable and we are grateful for a continued partnership. Every student deserves an adult the can connect with and the Culture Rebirth motivators have become perfect matches for many of ours.
